Hello, and thank you for providing such a great application for Mac users.
I really like the built-in SFTP file manager in Royal TSX, and I’d like to suggest two improvements that I believe would make it even more useful:
1) Beep Sound on Upload/Download Completion
It would be very helpful to have an option in the File Transfer Plugin Settings (e.g., a simple checkbox) to play a short beep sound when an upload or download finishes.
This would make it much easier to know when a file has been successfully transferred—especially when I’m editing a file in my local text editor and saving it back to the server. A simple system beep (Mac/Windows default) would be enough; no need for extra configuration.
2) Customizable Default Action for Open/Double-Click a file
Currently, when I open or double-click a file, it gets uploaded/downloaded to the current path. I’d love an option in the File Transfer Plugin Settings to customize this default behavior. For example, I could set it so that double-clicking a file opens it directly in my preferred local text editor, allowing me to edit files more seamlessly.
Thanks again for your great work on Royal TSX! I believe these features would significantly improve the file management workflow.
