There is a support article available at https://support.royalapps.com/support/solutions/articles/17000027802-where-does-royal-tsx-store-its-preferences-settings- that describes where Royal TSX stores its preferences and settings.
In modern operating systems - particularly macOS Sequoia - it is possible to configure applications using property lists (plists) and configuration profiles. This allows MDM solutions to manage critical application settings. For example, keys such as SUAutomaticallyUpdate and UsageStatisticsEnabled can be found in the com.lemonmojo.RoyalTSX.App.plist file.
However, applying these settings via a configuration profile does not appear to have any effect. The application does not seem to respect these preferences when managed this way.
Is there any chance of introducing proper support for enterprise-level management of Royal TSX?
For reference, here’s an example of a configuration profile we attempted to use:
SUAutomaticallyUpdate
SUEnableAutomaticChecks
UsageStatisticsEnabled
