Ability to customize keyboard mapping in VNC plugins (Apple or ChickenVNC)

Hello, after a ticket I'm sharing this suggestion: in other VNC Clients (like RealVNC) is possible to customize keyboard mappings like this:
I came to this issue because I have a VM running in Proxmox VE (QEMU) whose console is available via VNC. Sadly, when I connect from my MacBook, Cmd key on Mac is mapped to VK_Menu and not to Super_L (or VK_Win) - see attached video, so all Win-key based shortcuts do not work.
Is possible to have such custom mappings also in Apple VNC or ChickenVNC plugins?
