I seem to struggle with switching tabs in TSX because inevitably, the menu bar at the top of the screen will appear and block my ability to choose a TSX tab. It would be very helpful if I was able to arrange the TSX tabs at the bottom of the screen so as not to interfere with operating system menu bar.

Agree with this. As most of the time, when working the mouse pointer and session prompt, are mostly at the base of the window.
