Hi Peter,
while we don't currently offer a menu bar item, the context menu of the dock icon shows a list of your documents and contained objects and can be used to launch connections too.

I'd prefer a menubar icon, and there should be an option to remove the dock icon.

I'd like to have a menubar icon including a drop-down menu with my connections. Maybe also the option to just show the favorites if the connection list is too long.
