Hi,
an option to disable the file transfer confirmation already exists since version 4.2.0 of the File Transfer plugin. Go to "Preferences - Connection Types - File Transfer - Plugin Settings" and disable "Show a confirmation after successful file transfers".

When the file transfer finishes, the notification is rather annoying because if I use the file transfer in the background it stops what I am doing. It would take a normal notification that disappears by itself.
