Refresh for SFTP Improvements

It would be nice if

Refresh for the open SFTP window was a touchbar option
When ctrl+clicking in the background of the window (not on a file) there would be a right click menu, with an option to refresh
For the local file system, it should refresh on file system changes automatically

Refresh for the open SFTP window was a touchbar option
Currently the touchbar implementation in Royal TSX is global. Meaning, no connection specific actions are provided. If we ever change that, we will consider adding a refresh button for file transfer connections.
When ctrl+clicking in the background of the window (not on a file) there would be a right click menu, with an option to refresh
There already is a "Refresh" menu item in the context menu of both file transfer panels.
For the local file system, it should refresh on file system changes automatically
Not planned currently but definitely a good idea.
