Add File Watcher Capability for Royal Server Documents

Documents hosted in Royal Server do not appear to give status on whether a document may be updated on the server from within Royal TS. Ideally, when someone updates a shared document hosted in Royal Server, the update would trigger the document to be updated for other users (or prompt if local changes on whether to merge/save or discard local changes for server changes), or at least show an indicator that there is a newer version on the server so that they know to reload the document.
