Serban,
it looks like you have added the same MFA key to two users. Deleting the duplicate should resolve the issue. If that doesn't help, I would ask that you open a support ticket here: https://www.royalapps.com/go/support-ticket-new

Hi all,
our Gateway service cannot start anymore due of the following error:
Secure Gateway failed to start System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: CORPORATE\bastion.garioni
We have RoyalTS Server v5, with MFA enabled and integrated with Active Directory.
If we disable MFA the gateway starts.
Can you please help ?
