what plugin are you using? Rebex? Can you try to switch to the PuTTY plugin? Each terminal handles stuff like this differently and maybe PuTTY can handle that better.

I used Rebex and switched to putty now. But it doesn't work yet.
I played with the settings of the connection, but couldn't solve the problem.

I just tested with Rebex and PuTTY and you can simply press HOME / END (without the CTRL modifier key) to accomplish the same. HTH

In other terminals i can move the cursor from begin to end and vice versa with ctrl + home or ctrl + end
in the Terminal Window in Royal TS this doesn't work. Is there a way to send theses Key combinations?
