It looks like the forum in the support portal hosted by Uservoice got purged. What happened to the forum posts?

We switched our support system from uservoice to freshdesk. The "old" forum posts will still be available for a couple of months at http://royalapplications.uservoice.com
Unfortunately we are not able to migrate the existing forum posts to the new system. One reason is that, like in the old forum, we want to ensure that the original poster is also the "owner" of the post. This way we can also ensure to keep you in the loop about the progress and the discussion of the topic.
At our new support portal, follow the Sign Up link to register an account. In case the email address has already been taken, don't worry, it probably got migrated and you can use the Forgot Password link on the Login Page to set a password for the account.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience and I hope to see your feature request in one of the new Ideas forums.
I'm sorry for the confusion. We are switching our support system and at the same time we are very busy with the release of our next major version (Royal TS V4 and Royal TSX V3). Don't worry, we are still very actively working on Royal TS!
To answer your question:
In the next days we will go through the "old" forums, pick the most popular posts (which is still open, of course) and ask the original author to re-post the feature request in the new forum. Over time, we hope to get the important stuff all into the new forum...
I've also written a short introduction to the Questions forum here:
If it's OK for you, I will modify your post afterwards to clear things up.
Regards, Stefan
