To enable verbose logging, go to View -> Options in the ribbon tab and navigate to Advanced -> Logging:

This should have been fixed in that version. Can you please open a support ticket with more details? Please send us your monitor layout and screen resolutions from Windows settings and the verbose log of Royal TS.

I'm running version 6.1.50504 and there are no new updates when I check. It definitely will not open on the last monitor it was when I restart it.

Ever since the latest 2 rapid updates to Royal TS 6, it always opens on the incorrect monitor on my setup. It never did this before. It would always remeber which monitor it was last opened on. Sometimes the splash screen starts on the monitor I want it on but it invariably opens on the other one. It's not a huge deal but obviously something has changed. I'm running Windows 10 20H2 with the latest updates.
