We have a Privilege Access Management appliance which proxies a secure RDP connection to windows servers using a connection string which maps our standard user accounts to privileged accounts. MSTSC shortcuts allow login but I receive an authentication failure in RoyalTS after adding credentials.

We have a Privilege Access Management appliance which proxies a secure RDP connection to windows servers using a connection string which maps our standard user accounts to privileged accounts. MSTSC shortcuts allow login but I receive an authentication failure in RoyalTS after adding credentials.
The MSTSC shortcut has the following information:
Computer: HQ-UVM-01.sfgov.org:4489 (our PAM appliance)
Username: AD.corp.com\robert.teal+AD.corp.com\robert.teal-ADM+HQ-VW-FILE
RoyalTS has HQ-UVM-01.sfgov.org:4489 in computername and AD.corp.com\robert.teal+AD.corp.com\robert.teal-ADM+HQ-VW-FILE placed in Credentials.
