we haven't heard of any issues with the installer. A couple of things you might want to check:
* check if the installer was downloaded completely. You can find the file hashes here: https://www.royalapplications.com/go/kb-ts-win-previousversions
* temporarily disable AV/security tools to ensure they do not interfere
* check the Windows Event Log for information why the installer might not start
* try to install with a different user account or on a different machine

Hello ,
i have this Setup from Windows but i if i start the Setup from RoyalTS 5. (or 4.) then i become the Dialog "Prepare to install" ….. but no more …..
Please help .
