I have an instance of royalTS in location A and an instance in location B
both instances use the same shared document.
RoyalTS in location A need to connect to all devices via a royal server gateway. RoyalTS on location B does not and cannot.
What is the way to configure the shared connection so A will connect through gateway and B will not?
Hi,
the best approach is to use "Overrides":

Let me know if this helps.

Perfect. Noticed you can also right click on the connection and select connect with options and then use gateway.
Sure, that would work as well.
