v5 update if we purchase v4

Hi, I wonder if we purchase v4 licenses and v5 comes out, will there be a period where we can switch for free? Would that be time based? Do you know if v5 prices will be the same as v4?

Hi Christian,


each license includes at least a 12 month maintenance which ensures a free upgrade license key once the new major version is published. Please check out this KB for information on how our maintenance system works:

Pricing of V5 is not yet finished, so I cannot really comment on that. We usually tweak pricing a bit to compensate tax changes or inflation but we haven't decided yet if or how much...
