SFTP/SCP with gateway/jumphost

Seems like this would be straightforward, but it doesnt seem to work. Im trying to scp/sftp to an internal host.  The only route to that host is via a linux jump host.  Works great for SSH when setting the jumphost as a secure gateway, but that doesnt seem to work for scp/sftp. What am I doing wrong?  Does this work for anyone else?

I'm not sure I understand the issue. The linked topic is about agent forwarding which is something different. In general you should be able to connect through an SSH tunnel. Maybe it's best to open a ticket with a couple of screenshots and more details.
