Hi,
it is not necessary to have normal Gateway users in the local admin group.
if you still face this error: please enable logging in a file, set the loglevel to debug, restart royal server and try again to connect. This should show more detailed information on why you get the authentication failed.

Hi All,
I am facing an issue while connecting to Royal Server gateway as " Authentication Failed" (114), But if i move my User ID to Administrator Group, Its works absolutely fine. Did any one facing this error.
My Intention is not keep users in Administrator group. Any advice is welcome:)
