unfortunately the french Mac keyboard layout is quite different to the french Windows keyboard layout which leads to problems when using the default setting of sending scan codes to the remote machine. Enabling "Send key presses as Unicode" in the "Input" settings of your RDP connection's properties should eliminate most of the incompatibilities. Also, please ensure that the French keyboard layout is also active on the remote Windows machine. Otherwise you'd be working with completely different keyboard layouts which will lead to even more problems.
If these suggestions don't help, do you see an improvement when using the Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac app?

I'm looking for a solution to get a correct mapping of all keys of a French Mac Keyboard when connecting to a Windows server.
All my attempts have been partial so far. Does anyone have a solution ?
