the description field doesn't allow multi line text. For this case we actually implemented the Notes field.

Thanks Stefan. The problem with the notes, or maybe I have it misconfigured, is that it cant be searchable. For example, if I add the DB instance hosted in that server, I cant do a search from the Dashboard. At least I tried and didnt work, so not sure if I have something off...

you're right, search for notes is not supported through the dashboard at the moment. It is searchable (when enabled) in the tree though: https://docs.royalapps.com/r2023/royalts/reference/options.html#include-notes

I'm configuring my remote desktop connections with information about each node on the description.
For example, in case of the database servers, I describe what DB instances are in that specific server. For some is short and simple, but others have long list of databases in there.
