Hi Henrik,
when you use a document through the Royal Server, every user should have their own folder expansion state since we actually force the user specific settings -> folder state setting there. So you only should see the folder state of the document when you used that doc the last time - not from other users.
Can you confirm that this is not the case for you? If so, can you reproduce this behavior with a fresh new Royal Server document?
Thanks,
Stefan
Hi Stefan,
i can confirm this is not the case for me. We are using a Document, that was "private" before.
With a new Document, this works now.
So i will just copy our connections from the old document to the new one.
Best regards,
Henrik
Thanks for letting me know. I will see if we can somehow migrate older docs to use the new settings. Glad your issue has been resolved by creating a new document.

We use Royal TS with Royal TS Server. Having 12 people accessing one document with subfolders and Remote Desktop connections.
We would like some auto-collapse for the sub-folders. Many people are opening folders and are not closing them afterwards.
If i open Royal TS the next morning, there are many folder not collapsed and that's irritating me and my collagues.
With "normal" documents, there is a button "user pecific settings" --> "Folder State".
I think this is what we want.
Sadly this button is not there, if you use Royal TS Server.
