You are right, the UI doesn't offer that kind of flexibility. For more advanced/custom scenarios we suggest to use our PowerShell module and create simple script to export the desired data: https://docs.royalapps.com/r2023/scripting/document/index.html

I would like to suggest a true full data export, something that can be used for asset management purposes. The "All Objects" selection is misleading in that it exports only the name and the description of the object but leaves additional information blank. You can run other exports and glue things back together to get a wholistic view, but it would be nice to be able to export all information on an object or group or objects. Ideally you would be able to see everything that you can when you go to an object's properties box, including what is selected on the right side. Once the data is exported you would in theory have a bunchy of columns representing all these possible data points, but a simple table format can make it usable.
