Display custom favicons from imported KeePass files

Hi,

KeePass 2.x supports using custom icons/favicons for folders and credentials. Currently in RoyalTS, when a KeePass file is imported it will only show 'standard' icons.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure this can be implemented but I will look into it.
