Persist real-time connections list for hang/restart

RTS today does a good job of remembering connected sessions when the application is closed and re-launched gracefully. However, if the application (or PC) crashes/hangs, the connections list is only as-of the last graceful shutdown.


I would like to suggest persisting a real-time list of connections to better enable recovery from non-graceful exits.

I think that's a great idea. I will investigate if we can implement that in an upcoming version.

the latest release should now update the reconnect list after every connect/disconnect.
