The document store can not be used with only a standard free license (3 pack)

Hi,
Long time Royal TS user.
I'm trying to try out Royal Server to see if we can use the MFA (duo integration) to help with our requirements of needing to put 2FA in front of all of our connections to our customers.
Running freshly installed Royal Server 3.2.61315.0
I made a new rtsz file with one connection in it and put it the document store folder.
When I go to the document store and hit refresh, I get the message "There was an error loading the Royal Server Documents: The Document Store can not be used with only a Standard Free License (3 pack)..
