Please add sending CTRL + ALT + DEL by right clicking RDP connection

It would really, really, really be appreciated if you could add "CTRL + ALT + DEL" to the right click menu of an RDP entry... We use RTS with the menu bar hidden, and some times we run RTS inside a Citrix published desktop or other RDP connection, which means CTRL + ALT + END is sent to the host desktop and not the actual RDP connection we need it sent to. Same with the Remote Actions and start button.
