Put Start button and ctrl alt del back on the ribbon OR at least make it an option

I use this to manage hundreds of servers, these quick action buttons were awesome, especially for servers that no longer have a start button! I know it sounds silly, another click or two shouldn't make much difference, but it really affects our productivity here. I don't mind if you decide to leave it off by default, but having an option for us to add it back on would be great.
