In the short time since the macOS 15 Sequoia release, we have been contacted by numerous customers who started experiencing RDP/Network issues after the upgrade.

It would appear that in those cases, the "Allow on Local Network" toggle was off for Royal TSX after upgrading to macOS 15.

You can find the setting in "Privacy & Security > Local Network" as shown here:

Changing the setting back to "on" should resolve the issue.

We've also had instances, where toggling the setting to "off" also helped resolve the issue.


PLEASE NOTE: We also strongly suggest that you update any Firewall or VPN software that you may have installed. We have also had some customers who suffered networking issues after upgrading to Sequoia that persisted until they updated their Firewall/VPN software.
