We're looking to migrate from LastPass to 1Password. LastPass integration to Royal TS X was very easy and as I understand it before version 8 so was 1Password. But let's not dwell in the past.
I've been reading up on the 1Password integration via dynamic folder and I think I got that done. I've created a local document, imported the dynamic folder from github and filled in all the details regarding my 1Password access. Beforehand I made sure python, pexpect and the 1Password CLI were installed.
So far so good, I can see the entries I have in 1Password, link them to a connection that's stored on our RoyalServer and connect just fine. However upon closing Royal TS X and later reopening it says "Unknown Credentials" for the connection I earlier set up. What's the best way to go here to avoid this?
I've ticked the "automatic reload content" box for the dynamic folder but that didn't change anything. I think I also read this is recommended because it then asks for every single password via API.
I'd appreciate some pointers
Kind Regards

Hi Dennis,
In this case, I would suggest using the "Specify credential name" functionality, as described here:
The "Use an existing credential" functionality references to the GUID of the credential, which is replaced once you reload your 1Password Dynamic Folder.
If the issue persists, you can also create a support ticket here, and we're happy to help you out:
Please let us know if you need anything else, otherwise I wish you a nice day!
Best regards,
Christoph

Hi Christoph,
That's so easy I should have thought about this myself. Works as expected! Since this integration is not caching passwords I also don't have to reload the document every time there's a password change in the vault, I hated that with LastPass.
Thanks a lot
