As we currently use external apps for the connections, this does not work. We could open the tunnel, but when we switch to the other app, then Android closes the tunnel automatically to save battery. AFAIK there is no official way to keep a network connection open, when our app is in the background.
A secure gateway only works for connections to Royal Server which are handled within Royal TSD.
We do plan to implement SSH connections directly within Royal TSD. Then you'll also be able to use a secure gateway. But only for terminal connections and it will still take some time to completion.

Hi, I was wondering if the connection over a secure gateway is somehow supported for Android. I tried it using the lite version but the connection did not work. I couldn't find any info in the feature comparison about it, whether it is supported or only a full version feature. Best regards Felix
